CIETAC, to meet the high-quality dispute resolution needs of Chinese and foreign parties and to serve economic and trade cooperation, has consistently maintained advanced rules and continued to build a professional, international, and high-quality arbitrator team, providing diversified dispute resolution services and actively building an international exchange and cooperation platform. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Brazil. The Latin American Arbitration Forum held in São Paulo, Brazil, not only commemorates the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries but also serves as an important platform for deepening exchanges and cooperation in the legal arbitration field between China and Latin America. CIETAC is willing to work together with the Latin American arbitration legal community to jointly build an arbitration ecosystem that conforms to the legal cultures and values of China and Latin America, to promote high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, and to advance the construction of a China-Latin America community with a shared future.
