The arbitration fee shall be calculated by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission according to the Schedule of Fees in its rules.

Tips

The amount in dispute in the fee schedule shall be subject to the amount requested by the applicant; If the amount requested is inconsistent with the actual amount in dispute, the actual amount in dispute shall prevail.

If the amount of the dispute is not determined at the time of applying for arbitration or in special circumstances, the arbitration commission shall decide the amount of arbitration fees.

In addition to charging arbitration fees in accordance with the fee schedule, the Arbitration Commission may charge other additional and reasonable actual expenses in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Arbitration Rules.
